The proceedings got under way with a presentation by the interim EC that was delivered by Dr. Ahmed Alshafi and chaired by Dr. Ameir Al-Mukhtar. Following an outline of the achievements of the interim EC, that included a new constitution, events and more importantly a renewed stability in the organisation, the floor was opened for free and frank discussion from the members.
